Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Shipping time is within 5-7 business days for standard shipping. We are actively working to cut down our shipping times significantly. Thank you for your continued support & patience.

Pre-Orders & Shipping

  • A pre-order allows you to reserve items that are not currently in stock but will be available soon. By pre-ordering, you’re guaranteeing your purchase before the item is released to the public.
  • When you place a pre-order, you will be charged for the item(s) at the time of purchase.
  • Estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page, but please note these dates are approximate and may vary depending on production schedules and any unforeseen delays.
  • We will notify you immediately if there are any significant changes to the shipping timeline.
  • Pre-orders can be canceled up to 10 days before the estimated shipping date for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location. All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship via USPS.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped, allowing you to track your package in real-time.

International Shipping

  • At this time, the United States is the only country that we ship to. 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order status by visiting the carrier's website and entering the provided tracking number.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or delivery carrier. We are unable to assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@educateclothingbrand.com so we can assist you in investigating the issue.

Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check the shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or lost packages.
  • If you notice an error in the address after placing your order, please contact us at info@educateclothingbrand.com within 24 hours so we can update the address before the package ships.
